Drowning in Cardboard Boxes

Well, I'm here in the apartment in Jacksonville attempting to settle in. I still have a lot of unpacking to do. The kitchen is done, and I'm one box of scrapbook supplies short of having the office done. I have everything but decor done in Anya's room, and I started working on my room today which is really just a matter of putting away all of mine and Ryan's clothes. The bed and furniture is all set up. The main area of the apartment looks like a bomb went off because I haven't unpacked much of the living room electronics or any of my decor stuff that is currently surrounding the dining room table.

I had my entire apartment unpacked in one day in Knoxville, but this time I'm juggling unpacking and organizing with taking care of the dog and Anya. I hope to have everything completely put away and all of the decor set up by the end of the week so I can head over to base to do some paperwork and errands concerning drop-in daycare for Anya, a base decal for my car, and reimbursement for all of the travel deals involved with moving as far as the U-Haul rental and gasoline are concerned. Though I'd really like to let Ryan take care of that last part if he gets home before the paperwork deadline for filing the reimbursement claim. So here's hoping.

I'm off to bed while Anya's sleeping. Tomorrow is another day.

You've definitely got your work cut out for you! Maybe the dog can take of the baby while you unpack? o.O
