We just got a letter! We just got a letter! We just got a letter; I wonder who it's from?

I got a letter from Ryan today that was dated July 16th. I've talked to him on the phone since then, but it was still nice to read through the 4 pages of mushiness. : ) It's been a week since his last phone call so I can officially start looking forward to the next one at any moment and feel like it's actually a possibility that he could call tomorrow or the following day, etc. I am so ready to have him home now that I know the end is nearer than we'd first been told. It's like that with a lot of things in life I've noticed. Whenever I know school is about to get out, I just want to be done. Whenever I know I'm quitting a job, I start loathing the thought of going in those last few weeks. I suppose this isn't any different.

I need to order a couple of things for Anya online that aren't available in the style I want in the store. The pack 'n' play my grandparents bought for me has had its release date pushed back so order fulfillment is going to take a good month of extra time. Anya will probably be here before it is. Haha. But that's okay. I don't really need it until I have to head to Jacksonville since she and I are sharing a room here at my parents'. Her crib is already all set up so she won't lack a place to sleep. I almost have everything in order for her arrival. I mostly just need to finish up shopping for and organizing her diaper bag and my hospital bag. Otherwise I'm more than prepared as far as things that have to be bought and set up. I haven't sterilized her bottles or made up her crib with bedding yet, but her clothes are all washed and put away in her little dresser.

Speaking of getting things set up, I officially have an apartment in Jacksonville for the 19th of October. So hopefully all things will work out for me to get there the following weekend and get set up in time for Ryan's homecoming. As of right now I don't know exactly when Ryan will be home. There's like a month wide window of possibilities right now, and even when I do know I won't be posting it here specifically because that violates OPSEC and puts my beloved in harm's way. At least getting the apartment later in the month means I have a week or two to recover from Anya's birth if she co-operates and comes on time or a little early. Which will make my life easier. Moving the weekend after having her was not sounding like a fun plan.

P.S. You have to love my little Blues Clues tribute in my post title. That show was amazing back in the day when Steve was still the host. His cousin is a bit lackluster for me. : P Steve rocked my child sized socks.

I totally didn't realize that about the title until you mentioned it. I figured there was something behind it, but my mind at 11 at night just couldn't piece things together.
