2 1/2 Years

Ryan and I have been together 2 1/2 years today. Sadly I haven't heard from him since Monday so here's hoping everything is alright on his end. I try not to worry unless someone from the USMC contacts me to tell me there really is a reason to worry. Otherwise I could be stressing myself out over nothing, and he'll call sometime in the near future to say he was busy. Or he's out on an assignment that could last weeks without any communication. Whatever it is I'm sure he's fine. I just hate not knowing.

I start school on Monday which is exciting. It'll be good to get out of the house and be accountable for something a couple of hours a day. I'm also going to use the opportunity to walk on the indoor track in the campus gym and set aside 30 minutes or so to brush up on my first Japanese textbook each day. I'd like to get caught up and maybe take the first course of the second textbook in the Fall if for no other reason than to keep me busy and do something I enjoy.
