Setting Everything Straight

I got a fifteen minute phone call Friday night. It was nice to hear his voice. I don't know when I'll hear from him next as he was leaving that base soon to head to his more permanent location in Afghanistan. We aren't sure what the communication is going to be like while he's there so I'm just waiting for word right now.

I made it home late last night so today has been full of unpacking and grocery shopping. All the fun stuff. Now I'm working on getting some things organized that I left a mess when Ryan and I headed out to Jacksonville earlier in the month. Heh. I'm trying to get my room all in order before I have to start adding baby furniture and stuff to the mix. Going to have to take some stuff to the storage building and magic more space in my closet for Ryan's uniform items he didn't need to take with him. Woo. And I'm in desperate need of a new filing cabinet. Ryan bought storage cubes for my craft stuff while we were in Jacksonville, though, so once my Dad has finished putting those together for me I'll have a nice, organized area for my scrapbooking supplies that will allow me to get started on that a bit easier. And I have to take financial aid paperwork to the university tomorrow and attempt to register for my summer school classes. Sheesh. At least I'm keeping busy!
