Modern Technology = LOVE!

Ryan was able to get on Facebook chat at one of his layover bases for an hour! Unfortunately that was the hour my hotel internet died. -_-;; He messaged someone else on Facebook to call me and tell me to get online. After half an hour of waiting for the front desk to fix the internet problem another guest who overheard the situation let me use her portable router and computer in her room to talk to him for the last half an hour he had. : ) Better than nothing. And he said he's going to try and call me or get back online at some point during the day - which is night for me. He doesn't know how it'll be once he gets into Afghanistan, though. At least for now my spirits have been lifted, and I know he's safe.

Heading back to Tennessee in the morning. Thank God. I'm tired of sitting around this hotel with it's crappy internet that drops out at the worst possible times making me miserably bored and lonely because I have way too much time to sit around thinking about how much I miss my husband already. Wow. I really need to get a handle on my extremely long sentences. When I read my blogs aloud to myself, I sometimes run out of breath before I run out of sentence. O_o;; My bad. I'm long winded, what can I say? ... Apparently a lot.
