Moving Anxiety
I went on base this evening to see Beverley Hills Chihuahua, which was way over the top but still cute enough to make one of us cry during a happy part involving the German Shepard toward the end. The question is, which one of us did the crying? ^_~ I'll leave that up to interpretation.
I'm so ready to have a place set up in Jacksonville for February. Ryan and I have decided to head out there for two days during our stay in Tennessee to see some rentals and maybe even sign a lease and put down a deposit so that it's one less thing to stress about at the last minute. Only problem is, no real estate agency seems to be getting back to me about setting up some appointments those days at all. Apartment complexes are a bit easier to get appointments with; heck, usually we just waltz up to the offices and ask to see anything that's available, appointments be darned, and we've never had a problem with that. But I want to be able to have my dog, who barks more than an apartment would probably allow. I think I could keep it more contained in a townhouse or rental home. So I'd really prefer to go that route. If someone would just get back to me! >_<;; Regardless we'll probably show up at a few apartments those days, as well, in between real estate showings if we have any set up. We don't want to make the rash choice we've been making when moving. We want to see plenty of options and pick something decent for once. Not the first thing we see 'cause it's there even though it's crap. Ugh.

Anyone need vacation rentals? I'm going to need a vacation when all this is over. Haha. I'll be glad for things to stop being so up in the air and get settled even if it's just for a little while.

You have no idea how bad I could use a vacation right now... ;_;
