In Greeneville
We made it home in one piece by around 10PM Friday night. Yesterday we went to Johnson City with the family and goofed off at home. Nothing too crazy or blog-worthy there. Today we slept in; being awake for as long as we were during our trip finally caught up to us. ^_^;; I about had a heart attack when we checked our bank account and found a check debited for over $700 that we didn't write. O_O;; Needless to say we called the bank ASAP. That's pretty much our entire vacation fund! It was a bank error so they're fixing it, and we should have access to the money by Tuesday morning. I suppose it's just good that we had enough money in the account to cover it and didn't have to fight to get overdraft fees back. Ugh. Been there, done that, and no longer have accounts at that bank.
I'm finally excited about the holiday. In California it hadn't felt real without having any Christmas decorations or festivities going on around me. Now I'm home surrounded by Christmas, trees, wrapped gifts, and sugar cookies. Yum. I'm not really sure what I even want for Christmas, though Ryan and I wouldn't say no to some DVD's, an Xbox 360, or a Wii. We aren't gaming/movie nerds or anything. Heh.
