I now own a guitar!

So our vacation was uneventful...until I got a kidney infection that I refused to go to the doctor for hoping whatever I had would go away. It didn't. I had really awful lower back pain and by Christmas Eve, after my family's festivities, I had started throwing up. Yay for being sick during Christmas! Ryan and I managed to make it here to Gatlinburg yesterday because his family was expecting us. They ended up taking me to the Emergency Room because I was still throwing up and running a fever. And that's how I found out it was a kidney infection and received many medications to make it go away. At least I made it through my family's Christmas Eve festivities. And after returning to Ryan's family's rented Chalet in Gatlinburg last night, I was ready to enjoy yet more festivities. Ryan gave me a Hello Kitty guitar. Yes the one I've wanted for years, literally. Now I just need to learn how to play.
