Of Movies and Monies

Ryan and I finally left the apartment this weekend and braved the bus route beyond base. We took the 1 hour ride over to the next town to go to a normal movie theater that plays current movies and saw Role Models. ^_^ It was pretty funny but not up to par with some of the other recent comedies we've loved. And we went to a Wal-Mart for the first time in months! Haha. Amazing what makes you happy when you're living in the middle of the desert.

We had intended it to be a test run for a trip to see Twilight this weekend. But we have budgeted out for our trip to G-Vegas this Christmas and think it would be better to save our money at this point. Instead, we'll see Twilight the night before we fly out to combine trips. I'm sad about not seeing it sooner, but I'm sure it'll still be out a month from now so waiting is the responsible thing to do.
