Just Existing

Finally did laundry today. Thank God; I was reaching a critical level in dirty laundry. Haha. But now it is done, and I can relax on that front. I made a surprise trip to base to see Ryan this evening because I just couldn't help myself. My laundry was done in time to catch a bus onto base after dropping the clean laundry off at the apartment so I did it. We had a nice evening of Domino's food and watched Gothika from the rental store in the PX on my laptop. It was like a new movie for me because I hadn't seen it since it first came out, and Ryan hadn't ever seen it. We had hoped to rent The Happening or The Others instead, but the rental store was out of the former and didn't have the latter at all.

Now I'm planning on pulling an all nighter to reset my internal clock. It's going on 2AM, and I'm still ready to play Sims 2 for several hours before calling it quits. Ugh. And there's going to be a power outage from 9PM to 6AM tomorrow night so I want to be asleep during that. That will be my crash time. Must stay awake until then. I cannot handle sleeping in complete darkness without Ryan. So I hope to sleep through any outages or flickers that may occur while the electric company is doing this maintenance. Hopefully I will be so out of it from staying up tonight that none of the on and off will wake me up. Don't really feel like freaking out alone in the dark tomorrow night. Heh.
