Had two layers of highlights, one reddish-brown and one caramel blonde, put into my hair and some layers razored in. Lovin' it so far.Turns out we won't be moving. Current landlord is being a butt. More on that later.

if you have a lease find somewhere in your contract where they have broken the lease. bad neighbors can also be a reason. file complaints over EVERYTHING to torture them
