Back in G-Vegas

Sorry for the week of absence, but I've been sick for the past several weeks. This past week was spent coming back and forth for appointments with my doctor in Greeneville, missing work because of fevers and nausea, and sleeping...a lot. I'm exhausted all of the time. I had some bloodwork done that counts out diabetes, a thyroid problem, iron deficiency, and tuberculosis. Apparently all of the Mexicans that work at McDonald's with me are potential TB and Hepatitis A carriers. O-o;; Had no idea until my doctor got on a soap box about the issue. Crazy stuff.

This morning Ryan brought me here to Greeneville to meet my mother when we got the bloodwork results and went back to Knoxville for work. So I'm staying with my parents through at least Saturday for some more appointments and to save gas money for Ryan and I by not having to run back and forth every two seconds. I already miss him. T-T He looked so sad as Mom and I drove away at the doctor's office. Hasn't hugged me quite so tightly in a while as when we said goodbye. Heh. Now he has to fend for himself for the next several days. ^_^;; He promised to call every night, though, so we'll be alright. Might as well get used to it. He's going to be gone for three months next summer with no phone calls - just letters - because of basic training.

Well, I'm going to get off of my brother's computer now and read some Harry Potter. Haha. Finally got my hands on the last book now that my mother's done with it. Already several hundred pages into it. Good stuff. I'll keep you posted on what the doctor says. Hopefully I can get this thing sorted out and get on the road to recovery. Ryan and I are going to be living in a cardboard box if I keep missing work like this.
