Long Term Changes

Well, Ryan has decided with input from my parents - believe it or not - that he is better off just staying with us until we go to UT. That working two jobs and trying to pay rent is too much stress for his last semester of high school if there is an easier option available. So instead he is just staying here - much to his parents' dismay - and the gas money he and I spend together is our rent. Because he takes me all of the places my parents usually had to. So I contribute to his gas bill, and the gas bill is, in turn, our rent money to my parents. Heh. We also buy all of our own groceries, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and toiletries. So really the only thing we aren't paying is rent and utilities because it's my parents' house. Crazy. Though I'm more broke than ever before, it is so worth it. I love being with him every night. We wouldn't see each other at all if we didn't live together because our work schedules are the exact opposite lately, and we both have school now. Bleh. So this is a wonderful thing for us.

In weight loss news I haven't done much. But I'm cutting down slowly on what I eat and stuff. I'm proud of myself. Just from cutting out the major stuff but not going all health nut, my measurements changed. Go me! Still slowly implementing changes in the hopes that it will actually help me change my lifestyle and not just go on a crash diet that will end in gaining the weight back. ^_^;; And Ryan is there to support me all the way! Even though it means he has to eat more healthy. : P Poor guy. Haha. You know it's love.

It's funny you should say that... REALLY REALLY funny.

It's so funny that my rent just went up twenty-five dollars ($510), and my utility bill (without water) was ninety dollars, when it is normally 50-60. Plus phone, cable, and car insurance.

*cries while watching pay check grow wings and fly away*
