False Alarm
Sorry I scared the begeezus out of you, Shakaku. ^_^;; Aaron and I are fine. I was just having one of my bad days. I do that sometimes. Revert back to the depression of le ol' John and Kesha era. On those days, everything is glass half empty. Gomennasai. o(_ _)o *bows* Anywho, I talked to Aaron that night about it, and he reassured me that everything was dandy. We describe my depression as a light switch. It doesn't take much to turn it off and make me all moody and sad, but it takes a hell of a lot more to turn the damn thing back on. So every time I started to get fussy, he would say, "Honey, turn the light switch in your head back on, please," in one of those mushy voices that makes my mother want to puke. : D Lots of <3. Lots of <3.
I'm getting my hair cut this Saturday. And when I say cut, I mean like I had it for practically my entire high school career. Until I went broke on paying $30 a month to keep my hair short. -_-;; But I wasn't working then. Now I am. So I have the funds necessary to keep my hair short and highlighted. : D Aaron saw pictures of me way back in the day of the short haircut, and he said, "I can't get in trouble for saying this because it's still you. But damn, honey, you were hot! Not that you don't look good now, but...damn." XD That boy kills me. Admittedly, I do look older with short hair. Long hair makes me look twelve. The only thing is, I recently acquired glasses. Short hair is going to make me look like Velma from Scooby Doo. Haha. That's okay, though. I plan on getting contacts this summer when I have the money to spend on them. Right now most of my money is going to the Tokyo fund.
So, my question is, do you think I should but my hair? I want to. Aaron wants me to. It gets in my way. But my parents don't. They like my long hair. My point to them is, I can always grow it out again. It took less than a year for it to get like this. And I kind of want my high school trademark short hair when I go to graduation in May. BUT I am also going to look like Velma for a while if I cut it. : D What do you think?
EDIT: Yeah...her name is definitely Velma. Not Thelma. My bad. ^_^;; A bit rusty on my Scooby Doo knowledge.

Thank goodness you two are ok!!!
I personally think that you look better with short hair. I also agree that the short hair makes you look older, but I don't think that you would look like Velma if you added the glasses and the short hair. Post pictures once it gets done!
