Um...Okay Then

Some guy at work definitely handed me a note from another guy at work when I got there this morning. He told me the other guy's name was Aaron and asked me if I know him. I said the name didn't ring a bell. He said Aaron works third shift. (That's probably why I don't know him. I only work day shifts.) Anywho, I finally got to read the note when I got off of work at four. The note, which was written on the paper we use for receipts with the little yellow M's on it, said:

Hey, cute girl at the front register.
I overheard someone saying that you were into Japanese arts and culture. You don't know me, but I like the Japanese customs, as well. I was wondering, if you're not against the dating thing, if you would like to eat at a Japanese restaurant with me sometime to get to know one another. This may seem childish, but I think you are very beautiful. If I am not being too forward, please call me at ***-****. Ask for Aaron. So I can tell you about myself. If not, I hope I haven't bothered you.

So, yeah, I called the guy, but he had already left for work. So I left my name and number and made sure to tell his parents I was from work so that he might realize who I am. I feel bad that I have no idea who this guy is, so I thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

EDIT on July 16, 2005 @ 2:43PM : I do know him! I recognized him today when I saw him, I just didn't know him by name. Woot! He has my number, so I'll just wait and see what happens.
