Things Are Looking Up

Finally got Ryan via IM. Basically he got John onto the subject of ex-girlfriends and then proceeded to tell John that he knows me. Then he told John that I still like him, and that John should talk to me, preferably without a bunch of friends and stuff around. John didn't laugh in his face, as I thought he might. Instead he just said 'oh' and 'yeah' a lot. XD Ryan didn't give me a lot of details on John's response, so it's hard to say for sure what he thinks. But Ryan says he thinks John's still interested and waiting for the opportunity to speak to me now that he knows for sure I'm still interested. Here's hoping!

The interview at Food City(A local grocery chain.) for part-time cashier(For the benefit of Shakaku. Haha.) went well. The manager was really nice and basically just went over my application since it's been two months since I applied and then asked me some generic 'why Food City?' and 'when is it okay to miss work?' kind of questions. Piece of cake. He said he's doing a bunch of interviews before he decides, and that he'll call me in the next few days to let me know if all is a go. He also said it looks favorable for me. Woo!
