A Break

Five whole days out of school. Three of which are already over. I wasted two of them playing Sims 2. I just couldn't tear myself away for even a moment. I've done a lot of internet catch-up type things today. Still got some stuff to do, including English homework, which I have set aside tomorrow to do. Fourty notecards for my Junior Theme. : P I don't want to do it at all, but them's the breaks, eh?

I had an absolute blast while in FL. I hung out with my aunt's friends, who are all in their early to mid-twenties. I got along really well with them, and it was so much fun. I even got a couple of slow dances with Rob, her best friend from high school. But what cracked me up was the after party, not the reception. I was sitting with Rob, and this woman came up and asked me if he was my boyfriend. He had this stupified look on his face causing me, my mother, and my aunt's other guy friend Dave to completely crack up. We wouldn't leave him alone about it the rest of the night. Funny stuff. He kept telling us we were all sick people. He's 23, and I'm 16, but everyone was like, "Just two more years, and she's legal!" XD Not to mention he and my aunt were together for a while, and I'm a lot like her. A lot of people even came up to me at the wedding and told me how much I looked and acted like her. Anywho, so Jennifer, my aunt, was like, "She's just like me, Rob. She's perfect for you!" And then my mom told him he should take me to prom. He IMed her today asking about it, and I'm actually a little weirded out by that.

I spent Friday evening and Saturday morning with Ashley and Megan. We went downtown and caused a little chaos. Scratch that, they caused chaos by having plastic light-saber fights in the middle of the sidewalk. O_o It was fun, though. We all dressed up. I was a Catholic school girl again, Megan was a leprechaun, and Ashely was a pimp, complete with a top hat with a feather. Then we came back to my house and watched some movies, including Labyrinth. Ashley and Megan love my cooking and my room. They didn't want to leave. ^_^ I made fried rice for them. We ate it with chopsticks. Then we spent the rest of the time watching J-pop videos and listening to J-pop. Good times!
